Car washes in the United States come in four main formats: the express tunnel, where you stay in the car while a conveyor pulls it through brushes or high-pressure jets; the full-service wash, where attendants vacuum and wipe down the interior after the tunnel; the self-service bay with a coin or card-operated pressure wand, foam brush and vacuums; and the hand wash, where a crew washes and dries the car by hand. Touchless tunnels skip the cloth brushes entirely and rely on chemicals and water pressure, which is gentler on paint but less effective on heavy grime. Most express chains sell an unlimited monthly plan, usually priced at two to three single washes, that is only worth it if you wash more than twice a month. Gas stations often bundle a discounted wash with a fill-up.

I took my car here over the past weekend and I was disappointed for the price I paid for a car wash. I always asked for the "tire shine" and this last time I don't think it was done. My side walls had no shine on them at all. Also, when I pulled into the space to vacuum the inside out, I noticed that whole entire back half of my car was still very wet. I thought that wind machines at the end were to dry off your car. I have usually gotten a good car wash but not this last one. There is a new place farther down Hixson Pike I might try out next time.

Guys there are always so nice. They come out to check me in help wash the extra crud off and check to make sure the wash was great. There have been time I had to go through twice. I love they have great smelling cleaning supplies and always fresh towels. Thanks team for the great smile and help.

I had a great experience at the car wash today thanks to a very polite young man who serviced my car. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a friendly smile and a respectful attitude that immediately made me feel welcome. He listened carefully to what I needed and made sure to explain the process clearly. He worked diligently and handled my car with great care and attention to detail. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work, because my car looked spotless and refreshed when he was done. What stood out most was his professionalism and genuine kindness — qualities that can be hard to find these days. Excellent service and a wonderful attitude. I truly appreciate his hard work and will definitely be returning!

Horrible job on my jeep! I even prewashed it before i entered main wash, and my jeep barely got washed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE A JEEP OR TRUCK!

I guess you can expect about what you can expect from a car wash here at this place. They do offer plenty of extra interior armor type products for sale for a couple extra dollars which is obviously normal and actually appreciate it because most people don’t even offer this for sale. One would expect though after paying 19 or $24 for a car wash that the Matt cleaning machine would also be free. The vacuums work well and the place is really easy to get in and out of and seems to be always open so that’s cool.
